Easter Breakfast Casserole

I've made this a couple of times & it's always a hit. I use the Jimmy Dean skillet's with meat & potatoes. I cook the contents of the package, season it with season-all for flavor & the put it all on the bottom of the casserole dish. My kids request this casserole for dinner too, not just breakfast. For the past 3 years this casserole has been a requested dish for christmas morning.

Corn Dog Muffins

I made these for my sons lunch box. He loved them so much he shared them with 2 of his teachers. I used cocktail weiners instead of hot dogs. Will definitly make these again. I also made these for a bake sale & tweeked the recipe a bit. I added nutmeg & vanilla a mixed the cocktail weiners in the batter. They were a big hit at the bake sale & everyone loved them.

Chicken Pot Pie I

My family loves this recipe. I used refrigerated pie crusts & canned chicken. I also added season salt, & garlic & onion powder. This is a great recipe.

Coconut Macaroons III

I love this recipe it's very easy & I added a tsp of almond extract. I gave some to friends to get their opinion & they all loved it. I'm going to make them for my xmas gift baskets this year. I also got a request to make them for ladies night.

Salsa Sausage Quiche

I made this for my mom on mothers day. It came out delicious. I had to bake it 10 minutes more, because the juice from the salsa, made it a little runny. I added taco seasoning to it & used the whole package of sausage. My mom & family enjoyed it very much. I would make it again.

Breakfast Casserole III

I made this recipe for my christmas eve brunch. My family raved about it. I will definitely make it again. I read the reviews & they were very helpful. I seasoned & pre-cooked the hashbrowns in the oven for about 15 minutes. (next time I will cook them in a little oil to make them crispier instead of baking them) I used 10 eggs & one cup of milk. I assembled the casserole as follows: potatoes, onions, bacon, & then egg mixture. This is a great recipe.
