Steff's Shepherd Pie
I have made this twice now, both with peas and carrots instead of green beans (personal preference) and I browned the onions with the meat and added garlic or garlic powder. The first time I made it, I used cream of tomato soup and it was a bit too watery. I also had about 2 cups of mashed potatoes and did not think that was enough. The second time, I used cream of mushroom and about 3-4 cups of mashed potatoes. That worked out very well.

Lemon Pepper Shrimp with Mustard
I thought this was too salty (maybe because I used salted butter?) and quite bland. I tried adding a ton more mustard to get it to taste good, but it didn't really help. I will say that my boyfriend and his friend enjoyed it, though. However, my boyfriend can't taste much of anything.

Lamb Feta Peppers
I thought this was very good. The only issue I had with it was that mine was also not cooked through. Unfortunately, you cannot tell that until you start eating it... I would thinking adding another 10 min of cooking time or increasing the temperature a bit should remedy that. The only thing I changed about the recipe is that I added more garlic (because I really like garlic). My boyfriend and roommate also really enjoyed this recipe. Next time, I think I will add some chili powder or something to make it a bit spicy.
