Alice Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2002
This is a fantastic recipe! My whole family loved it and we will be eating it again soon! I took the advice of other reviewers and I cooked the chicken a little longer than the recipe says and it came out perfect. I found that it required about 8-10 minutes on each side instead of 5 minutes each side. GREAT RECIPE!

Wow!! This was so very good! I made as directed and came out perfectly. I put in refridge and served the next day. Topped with heavy whipping cream after warming for 15 seconds in microwave. Definitely will make again and again!!!

Easy Punch

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2005
I made this recipe for my Cookie Swap and it was a huge hit! My only regret is that I reduced the recipe to half because I thought 50 servings would be too much for 13 ladies. I was wrong- next time I will make the full recipe. Very good and I will be making again!

Cream Puff Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2005
I made this for a church get together and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved it. It's a great dessert because there really isn't anything like it. I will definitely make this again and again!! Oh, I did add the chocolate frosting on the bottom (on top of the puff before the filling) from the Eclair recipe on this site, as other reviewers stated. I thought that it was just right. Yummy recipe!!!

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2005
Wow!! I made this last night and I was really pleased how good it was! I wasn't sure about the tomato version since I have had the non-tomato version before, but I must say that I think that this one is the best! I omitted the green peppers (don't like) and the salt. It was perfect and I will definitely make again. Thanks for the great recipe!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2005
This recipe was great! I added 1/3 cup of Monterey Jack cheese and mixed the mozzarella in with the dip instead of on top. I doubled the recipe because I wanted to have plenty left over for myself!! I will definitely be making again and again.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS WHEN I WAS MAKING THIS RECIPE. I AM NOT A BIG FAN OF GREEN PEPPERS, BUT I ADDED THEM ANYWAY. TO MY DELIGHT THOUGH, THIS RECIPE TURNED OUT INCREDIBLE! I ALSO ADDED FLOUR TO THICKEN THE SAUCE. THIS RECIPE IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER!!!

Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2004
EXCELLENT recipe! I made these for fellowship night and they were a hit! I made them without the green peppers since I don't care for them and I added some mushrooms. Definitely fold these and cook as the directions state instead of one tortillas covered by another; by folding the tortillas your filling won't melt out of the tortillas. Great recipe!!!

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2004
This is really good!! I followed the suggestions of others and I left out the water and toasted the bread. I also added 1 cup more of the spaghetti sauce. I couldn't use all the bread because there wasn't enough room in the pan and I had a hard time getting it to pack down, (like others said) in order to spread the cream cheese mixture. Nonetheless, it came out really good! I will definitely make this again and again!

Almond Coconut Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2004
This is an awesome cake! It is very rich and definitely satisfies any sweet tooth you may have. I made the recipe as instructed and it seemed fine to me. The only thing I may do differently next time is decrease the coconut mixture a little because it seemed like a lot. But other than that it was supurb!

I took this dish to Easter dinner and it was the talk of the evening. It is extremely easy to make and very tasty. It was a nice alternative to a heavy dessert. Thanks Didi!....I followed the recipe exactly and I didn't make any changes as suggested by other reviewers. It tasted fine to me.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2003
I took this recipe to a wedding shower and it was a huge hit. People kept going back for more and telling me how much they liked it. Many of them said that they didn't even like spinach normally! I did use the marinated artichoke hearts and it did seem to add a good flavor. I also added about 1/2 cup of monterey jack cheese and decreased the parmesan cheese to about 3/4 cup. This is a great recipe!

Fantastic Mexican Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2003
I brought this dish to a baby shower and ended up giving the recipe to two people there. Everyone loved it and remarked on how good it would also be as a meal. Just crumble some chips or corn torilla and serve dip on top. Anyway you serve it, it was really good and a big hit!

I was invited to a Cookie Swap the other day and I had no idea what to make. So I checked out the recipes here and found this one. I LOVE this recipe. It tastes like a brownie with a caramel center. It was a huge hit and by far the best cookie at the swap!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2004
I am not a big fan of Buffalo wings, so I rated this recipe according to everyone who ate it and they all gave it 5 stars! I served it with those new Ritz Cracker Dip sticks and celery. I even gave out the recipe to a few people.
