Wow!! This was so very good! I made as directed and came out perfectly. I put in refridge and served the next day. Topped with heavy whipping cream after warming for 15 seconds in microwave. Definitely will make again and again!!!

Easy Punch

I made this recipe for my Cookie Swap and it was a huge hit! My only regret is that I reduced the recipe to half because I thought 50 servings would be too much for 13 ladies. I was wrong- next time I will make the full recipe. Very good and I will be making again!

Cream Puff Cake

I made this for a church get together and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved it. It's a great dessert because there really isn't anything like it. I will definitely make this again and again!! Oh, I did add the chocolate frosting on the bottom (on top of the puff before the filling) from the Eclair recipe on this site, as other reviewers stated. I thought that it was just right. Yummy recipe!!!

Chicken Enchiladas I

Wow!! I made this last night and I was really pleased how good it was! I wasn't sure about the tomato version since I have had the non-tomato version before, but I must say that I think that this one is the best! I omitted the green peppers (don't like) and the salt. It was perfect and I will definitely make again. Thanks for the great recipe!

I WAS REALLY SURPISED THAT THESE WERE NOT BETTER BY ALL THE GREAT REVIEWS. I DID ADD MAYO BECAUSE OTHERWISE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO DRY. THEY WEREN'T AWFUL, THEY JUST WEREN'T GREAT.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

This recipe was great! I added 1/3 cup of Monterey Jack cheese and mixed the mozzarella in with the dip instead of on top. I doubled the recipe because I wanted to have plenty left over for myself!! I will definitely be making again and again.

I AMDE THESE FOR THE COFFEEBAR AT CHURCH AND PEOPLE LOVED THEM! THEY ARE MOIST, CAKEY LIKE BARS. I ADDED 3 TSP. OF PUMPKIN PIE SPICE IN PLACE OF THE 2 TSP. OF CINNAMON. I FIGURED THAT I COULDN'T GO WRONG WITH PUMPKIN PIE SPICE. VERY GOOD!!!

I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS WHEN I WAS MAKING THIS RECIPE. I AM NOT A BIG FAN OF GREEN PEPPERS, BUT I ADDED THEM ANYWAY. TO MY DELIGHT THOUGH, THIS RECIPE TURNED OUT INCREDIBLE! I ALSO ADDED FLOUR TO THICKEN THE SAUCE. THIS RECIPE IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER!!!

Chicken Quesadillas

EXCELLENT recipe! I made these for fellowship night and they were a hit! I made them without the green peppers since I don't care for them and I added some mushrooms. Definitely fold these and cook as the directions state instead of one tortillas covered by another; by folding the tortillas your filling won't melt out of the tortillas. Great recipe!!!

Frosted Banana Bars

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

This is really good!! I followed the suggestions of others and I left out the water and toasted the bread. I also added 1 cup more of the spaghetti sauce. I couldn't use all the bread because there wasn't enough room in the pan and I had a hard time getting it to pack down, (like others said) in order to spread the cream cheese mixture. Nonetheless, it came out really good! I will definitely make this again and again!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I am not a big fan of Buffalo wings, so I rated this recipe according to everyone who ate it and they all gave it 5 stars! I served it with those new Ritz Cracker Dip sticks and celery. I even gave out the recipe to a few people.
