Baked Buffalo Wings
These turned out GREAT!! I have never made wings before. I made some modifications. I dried the wings, put them in flour only, put them in the freezer for 30-40 min to save time. Put them in the oven with the flour only on a 'speed bake' for 20min, turned them, brushed sauce on them, baked for another 20min, turned them again and brushed more sauce on them to bake for 5 more min, took them out of the oven to then turn them one more time and brush sauce on them one last time. They had a caramelized and crispy taste. They were amazing!! I used a sauce on them that several people referred my husband to try. It was great! We will be having these again in the very near future!!
