Diane's Colcannon

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2014
I used the bagged coleslaw mix as well. It was wonderful. I made this as a side to corned beef for St. Pat's Day. I would make this again as a side dish to any meat.

My "go to" frosting recipe. I use a touch more powdered sugar but it is delicious as is.

Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2014
I don't know how so many people gave this high reviews. It's ok. It's bland and boring and the chicken is dry and flavorless. It tastes like mustard and fried onions and dry chicken breast. Delish? Ummmm no.

Lemon Sauce for Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2014
I really like this sauce. I add capers at the end. I use this on many different forms of fish. Not just salmon patties. I use a bit more lemon (I love citrus).

Nothing special as far as my family thought. Leftovers left uneaten. Not creamy at all. Will not make again.

Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2013
Absolutely, hands down, the best peanut butter cookies. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove them even if they don't look done and let cool a few minutes on the cookie sheet before removing. Chewy centers....so good!

Delish! I doubled the recipe. I boiled for about 45 minutes. Then poured 1 jar of bbq sauce over the 5 lbs of ribs. It was enough. Wonderful!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

I made this according to directions and I am not a fan. It's so boring and lackluster. Not spicy at all and tastes like something you'd get at a cafeteria.
