Lemony Turkey Rice Soup

Made the broth from my turkey carcass boiling it on low with discarded onion tops, celery and carrots for about 4 hours. Used the turkey meat hand peeled off the bones. Only used half the lemon amount in recipe, added a quarter block unsalted butter, a couple of shakes of garlic powder and Wallah! A very very good soup!!!!

Fabulous French Loaves

I've tried many recipes and this one is the best tasting and never fails me, always comes out perfect. Be sure to mix your dry ingredients first, then add the wet. The half cup water for your yeast should be warm and the two cups water for your mix should be cool (both from tap water temperatures). From the six cups of flour, reserve 1 cup on the side from your dough mixture. You're going to mix it mack in when kneading the bread. If you don.t have a pizza stone, turn over a cookie sheet and place parchment paper over it. The recipe works great with regular flour too.

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

OMGoodness talk about delicious! I followed the exact recipe ingredients except I used 4 New York steaks and marinated them in a plastic bag only for 4 hours. Instead of using a barbecue grill I used an electric range. I fried with a little butter in one of those shallow frying pans with the grill marks in it. My husband who is a firm believer that a steak should be cooked only on a grill was floored and said it had such "wonderful flavors"! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Easy Pilaf

So basic and easy yet soooo delicious. I sprinkled a little dried parsley while frying to compliment a steak and scampi dish. I also served this with a curry dish and had added raisins sprinkled cinnamon after frying just before placing in the oven.

Boiled Bagels

I followed the broil first for shiny look directions. The only thing I added was during baking, I brushed the tops of each bagel with whipped eggwhites/water every 8 minutes. Not only did they turn out beautiful, they were absolutely delicious!. The big test was 2 days later when I toasted the extras I stored in a plastic bag in the icebox. They were fantastic. I will never buy bagels again. Thank you for sharing this great recipe.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Easy and absolutely delicious! I baked 12 thighs, 20 minutes on each side, brushing every 5 minutes with the buttery mix, then placed them on a separate sheet, brushed with sauce and broiled both sides for 5 minutes each.

Ono Butter Mochi

"Ono" is right (Delicous)! It was my first time making this and it was sooo easy! It is much easier to work with than traditional mochi (chi-chi dan go). This recipe is perfect. Thank you for sharing.

Baked Pork Chops I

This recipe is the bomb! The first time I prepared this I was pressed for time so I raised the heat to 425 degrees and baked the pork chops for 25 minutes, added the gravy mix and bake for another 20 minutes. It was delicous! The next night, due to requests for more, I followed the baking heat and times exactly as directed in the recipe and it was absolutely to bomb! The pork chops were so tender, I ate it with a spoon!

Alfredo Sauce

This is the best Alfredo Sauce recipe I have ever tried and it is so easy! My kids, the pickiest eaters in the world, just love it!. Over the next few days after making it, we even ate the leftovers by zapping it in the micro over and it was still delicous. I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for sharing.

Baked Scallops

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

These are the most delicous buffalo wings I have ever tasted. I made it with some really hot mexican sauce (since the brand was not specified in this recipe). It was really hot, but sooo delicous everybody kept eating it (with perspiration on their upper lips and all!)! This is a must for parties. Thank you for sharing!

Mexican Rice II

This is so easy and so delicous. I also made the recipe called Tortilla Chicken Vegetable Soup (omitted the white rice in the soup recipe) and added this Mexican Rice II to the soup as we ate it. I served it on the side with some cheese quesedillas. What a feast! Thank you for sharing!

Tortilla Chicken Vegetable Soup

This is the best chicken soup I have ever tasted. The first time I followed the recipe to it's exact. It was perfect. My children wanted it like it is served at this Mexican restaurant we go to, so instead of adding white rice, I made the recipe called Mexican Rice II. I made the soup without any rice and added the Mexican Rice II to the soup as we ate it. My children really liked it this way, but I the rest of the family (all the adults) liked it with the white rice. It's awesome with cheese quesedillas! Thank you for sharing!

Rock Salt Encrusted Prime Rib

This was the most awesomely delicous prime rib I have ever tasted and what is even more thrilling is the fact that I was able to make it! The only different thing I did was instead of a 20 lb Prime roast I uses a 5.5 lb prime roast. Instead of cutting the ingredients by 1/4, I cut it by 1/2 so that it would be really tasty and also so that I would have a little more of the rock salt dough that was required (since it was the first time I did this). I'm glad I did that because it can be messy and I took the suggestion of using plastic baggy gloves, which really helped. I ended up using all the rock salt dough and it came out beautiful! I am no longer afraid to purchase this expensive roast for fear of serving a mediocre dish. Thank you so much for sharing this easy and wonderful recipe!
