My cooking tragedies
the first time i made lasagna i did not own a large pot to boil the pasta but the instructions i had said i did not need to boil them and the pasta was a ready to add to oven deal. well it came out looking beautiful but it was crispy on the edges and a little dark. it tasted great nothing tasted burnt. the first time i made green enchiladas was good except the sauce i bought said medium and it tasted very spicy which normally medium is okay, by adding a mild green sauce it made the enchiladas great.

Irish Boiled Dinner (Corned Beef)
I followed the recipe except I don't have a large pot so I just slow cooked it for 6 hours and at the last 40 minutes i added the vegetables. It came out perfect, I used the spice packet the corned beef brisket came with so I didn't have to add anything extra or alter anything, My husband absolutely loved it, I will definitely be cooking this recipe again. Thanks for posting it.

Mom's Country Gravy
this was one of the best recipes ive ever had. i made the suggested amount for 6, it was just me and my hubby but the rest was used for the next morning to make biscuits and gravy

Salisbury Steak
i did everything the instructions said and it turned out to be so good, my husband loved it so much he asked me when ill be cooking this again. the sauce was also by my surprise very good at first i didn't know how it would turn out but once we ate it we knew this was a good find. thank you for sharing.
