This is a simple and delicious recipe. The first couple of times I tried to cut back on sugar, and while good, it was not quite as good as when I just made it according to the recipe. With one exception, I reduced the amount of milk to 2 cups to make it thicker, and more chocolatey, and this worked great. As easy as any packet, and you know there are no nasty chemicals in it. I may try this with stevia to see if I can get it sugar free, and then it will be PERFECT and diet friendly.
