This recipe lived up to its name - AMAZING!! I did a few things different. I used a 4lb boneless pork loin and browned it with lemon pepper and garlic pepper before adding to the slow cooker. After placing the browned loin in the crock-pot, I followed another member's advice by poking holes on top side of loin, then poured the sauce mixture over it. I sliced a yellow onion and placed along top and sides, and added a jar of mushrooms as well. Before cooking, I drizzled olive oil over top of roast. I cooked on low for 5 hours. Served with mashed potatoes, steamed broccolli and french bread.
