Bacon Wrapped Chicken

I loved this! Great to make when company's coming. Just put it together ahead of time and pop in the oven an hour before serving time. Delicious!

Early Morning Oven Roasted New Potatoes

Wonderful recipe! I substituted 2 ready-made graham cracker crusts for the flour crust - it doesn't get easier than that! (t's also easy to cut in half this way). I've also tried it using chocolate pudding instead of the lemon and put shaved chocolate on top of the whipped topping. Excellent!

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Cheezy Potatoes

This is a potluck favorite. The only revision I made was to increase the potatoes by about 1/2 lb. Just looked like it would be too soupy otherwise. Thanks for a keeper!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

I made these for a party last weekend and they were a hit! Drizzling with white chocolate is definitely worth the time. I did 4 1/2 lbs. of berries with 2 bags of chocolate chips. Took me almost 2 hours, but I found it fun! Will certainly make again! Thanks, Kitten!

Warm Crab Parmesan Dip

I took this to a football party yesterday and it was a hit! I used imitation crab meat and added a bit of garlic powder for a little extra kick. It was easy to keep warm in a small crock pot. Very good!

Bread and Celery Stuffing

This was my first attempt at stuffing from scratch and it got rave reviews from my family! I took the advice of others and used half white and half wheat bread which I toasted and sprinkled with onion and garlic powder. I also added a bit more chicken broth than was called for. Thanks for the recipe - it will be a Thanksgiving standard for me!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Brittle

Absolutely yummy! I was low on white sugar, so substituted 1/2 c. with brown - it worked out fine. The only problem I had was that some of the chocolate "drizzle" wanted to pop off when breaking into pieces. I may try breaking into pieces, then drizzling next time. Your family will love these!

Banana Banana Bread

Easy and Delicious Chicken

My family loved this! With the chicken and dressing, I also added onion, which I spooned out and added to the sauce mixture. Wish I had thought of mushrooms - will do that next time. It was great on biscuits. Thanks, Monika!

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Great recipe! I made them for the first time tonight with a pot of chili and they were enjoyed by all. I cut them out with a biscuit cutter instead of spooning them out - worked fine. Will definitely make again.

Baked Onion Dip I
