Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints
These turned out great! I followed some of the other reviewer's advice and used the chapstick cap for the indentations (seriously, I have little hands and my thumb would have made too large of spaces) and chilled the cookies in the fridge about 10 minutes before I threw them in the oven. Also, I had to add another teaspoon of milk as one teaspoon just made a glaze the consistency of a thick glue that wouldn't drizzle. Other than that followed the recipe and they turned out perfect!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
This was AMAZING. Coming from someone that hates storebought chicken pot pies. I used a little more onion, during the boiling step used chicken stock instead of water, and in the last 10 minutes of baking brushed the top with melted butter. other than that, followed the recipe, and we ate 3 servings tonight in a family that rarely goes for seconds. Instant hit! Thank you!

Beef and Irish Stout Stew
For more flavor, I add another clove or two of garlic, and I use a whole small can of tomato paste. This has become a tradition in my damily to make every st. patty's day. I buy sourdough bread bowls from panera and serve it in those, it is something I look forward to making every year.
