Key Lime Pie VII
Made this recipe but substituted regular limes because key limes were not available and really didn't want to squeeze 20 walnut sized limes. You do need two cans to make 3 measured cups of the condensed milk. The oz measurement on the can threw me off. Definitely add the whip cream as it makes it so pretty and softens the tart. It came out perfect, everyone at my dinner party raved.

Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche
Just made this for a Christmas brunch for friends. I used the Pillsbury crusts that you roll into your pie pan. You can find them in the refrigerator at your grocery, (not frozen). I did not bake at 400 to start because I was not using frozen pie crusts. I baked at 350 for 35-40 min. until they browned slightly on top and a toothpick came out clean in the center, using glass 9"pie pan. I also used real bacon that I crumbled up before mixing with other ingredients. It came out excellent..very tasty. Everyone raved about how good it was.

Devouring Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yum yum, is all I can say. I used whole wheat flour and added chopped walnuts. It was chewy on the inside with a crunchy outside. A new staple cookie in my house also. Had to bake for 15 min and did use the parchment paper.
