Ham Bone Soup
Followed everyone's advice. It was surprisingly Good. The longer I cooked it in the crockpot the better it taste. Added one small cup of Knorr's concentrated chicken stock to boost the flavor. Also added celery. carrots and garlic per the other reviews. To thicken the soup I added 3 tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in warm water. It's a great soup.

Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo
Great Meal. My husband is very very "picky". He told me the dish was "very good". I used store brand parmesan and cut back on the garlic a little. My husband is not a big garlic fan. Otherwise I give this meal 5 stars. I also added cooked broccoli for texture.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
My family loved the recipe. I had one 4 lb Young Purdue roaster. It was a little too salty. The next time I will cut the salt in half. Had enough pan drippings to make gravy with (2) TBLS of cornstarch. I cooked the chicken on 300 for 1 1/2 hours then turned down to 250 for 2 1/2 more hours because I was in a hurry. I would suggest turning heat up in the last half hour if you have a browning problem like me. Otherwise...excellent my family loved it. Definitely a keeper. They ate the whole chicken.
