Campbell's(R) Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwiches
I gotta be honest, I was expecting this to be good, but not THIS good! Holy cow - this is perfectly seasoned, fall-apart-with-the-touch-of-the-fork yummy porkness. I purchased a Boston butt roast because all the shoulder roasts were way too big, and it turned out amazing. I would highly recommend this recipe, and it was SO easy! I made some coleslaw (pkg of coleslaw mix, some mayo, cider vinegar and sugar) to go on the sandwiches as well, and it was the perfect complement. You will not be disappointed with this recipe, as written. Oh, and I also cooked mine at high for about 6 hours.

Oatmeal Crispies I
Deliciously thin, crispy oatmeal goodness! I didn't have shortening so I used all butter and they were still crispy and delicious! I've made this recipe twice now and I'm in love with it. I will say the cookies need to cool to become completely crisp, if you're using all butter. I added some chocolate chips and omitted the nuts and they were fabulous. You won't be disappointed with this yummy recipe! By the way, I cut the recipe to only 9 servings (1/4 of the recipe) and it yielded about 14 cookies. Perfect smaller batch size...

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
Absolutely amazing. This is an incredibly tasty soup - serve with some crusty bread to dip in the soup and a small salad and you have yourself a really delicious and filling meal. I made an Italian caprese salad - fresh buffalo mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and fresh basil, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Also had some store-bought ciabatta bread with it. I'm honestly going to be sad when my leftovers run out, this soup is uh-may-zing. I'm not even kidding. Also, I made it with the kale, not spinach - makes all the difference. I would not make with spinach. Try this recipe - you will NOT be disappointed.
