OH BABY, this was the best baked fish I ever tasted. I did use Panko Japanese bread crumbs ( because that's what I had). Will make again.

I took this dip to a party ( at work) today. EVERYONE LOVED IT! I followed the advise of other reviewers, added 1 package of taco seasoning, some cumin and, minced garlic to the meat. It turned out great!

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

I made this recipe tonight and WOW,it was excellent! I used Verde Enchilada Sauce and Chunky Salsa. My family raved about the enchiladas.(there were no left overs). Thanks for this great recipe! I will make again.

Nanny's Spaghetti Sauce

I liked the recipe, however, i and my family thought it was too sweet (i only used one tbsp of sugar). My lasagna was too sweet. Next time I make this sauce I'll use less sugar.
