Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2007
This is a really nice moist banana bread that is not too sweet. The only change I made was I added a tablespoon of vanilla. Better make two loaves...mine didn't last a whole day! Hubby and kids loved it too!

Caramel Chocolate Corn

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2007
This is super YUMMY! At first when reading the recipe it seemed like lots of steps to do but it goes really pretty quickly. My husband and I made three batches one night to take to a "cake walk" the next day. We had a hard time not eating it all! When we gave some to our friends and family it received rave reviews. This is so yummy the chocolate is not even necessary! When I put the chocolate on it, I used the candy making chocolate as it always sets up perfectly.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2007
This is a really good way to make a wonderful turkey. We used this for Thanksgiving and let is rest almost thirty minutes before we sliced into it and it was so juicy and tasty that we will use this recipe again and again!

Basic Yankee Bread Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2007
This turned out wonderful! I would recommend tearing the bread into pieces and leaving it on the counter on waxed paper the night before. The first time we made this we just left the bag open overnight and the bread was way too soft and we got mushy stuffing. The second time we cut the bread into small cubes, covered the kitchen island with waxed paper and left the bread out overnight uncovered and it was perfect! We did two loaves of white bread and one of wheat and it turned out great.

Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2005
This recipe is fantastic. The first time I made these I accidentally overcooked them because I got busy with other parts of my meal and they were still fastastic! Even without topping with BBQ sauce these are great. The whole membrane thing takes some time and I did not notice a huge difference between the racks I did and did not do this to. This is a great recipe.
