Baked Pork Chops I

I have not over eaten in a long time nor have I ever writen a review on this site, until I came across this recipe. This recipe was absolutely AMAZING! I am pregnant so the wine flavoring was great! I only changed 2 things... I added pepper when seasoning the pork chops. and I cooked them at 400 covered for 30 minutes, added the cream of mushroom mixture and cooked another 30 minutes uncovered. They were so moist and delicious!! We will have this again soon!

Absolute Best Potato Casserole

The cheese sauce was amazing before I added it to the dish. After it cooked it lost some of its flavor. I think it had to do with the bland uncooked potatoes at the bottom(they weren't soft enough for me)... I will try this again, but i think i will season the potatoes add green peppers, onion, and butter and let them bake while i prepare the cheese sauce... then i will continue with the steps in the recipe. I had higher hopes for this recipe... so I hope it ROCKS MY SOCKS with my changes.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I have made this maybe 3 times in the past 2 weeks.. I didn't want to broil it because I wanted time to make sides so I baked it on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. I also had a little left over parmesan miz so I tossed some shrimp in it and put them on the same pan... both absolutely wonderful... a fav for hubby and 2 1/2 year old son! I made it with mashed potatoes, crescent rolls and rice.

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

AMAZING! I ADDED PARMESSAN AND MILK TO THE SAUCE. I ALSO USED OLIVE OIL TO SAUTE THE MUSHROOMS.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

I accendently added a 20oz can of crushed pinapple w/ juice.... I had to cook it a little longer, but It was still AMAZING! used the cream cheese II recipe from this site... also very AMAZING... especially on this cake!

World's Best Lasagna

Everyone who has tried this lasagna loves it! I have been named the "Lasagna Queen" thanks 2 this recipe!!! FYI- the longer the sauce cooks... the better!
