I got this recipe from our Rodeo Director when she made it for one of our committee meetings; but I came to the website to find out how much unpopped corn, equals 5 quarts of popped popcorn. I do not know that answer, but I did pop 1 cup of unpopped popcorn in a hot air popcorn popper, and used that amount. My turkey roaster was filled up, with just enough room to add the caramel mixture and stir to coat. It is by far, the best caramel popcorn I have ever had. I was amazed at how evenly it was coated after it was done. I did bake it for the full 1 hour also. Yummy~Nummy treat! YeeHaw~~

Pineapple Casserole II

Our family loves this casserole every Easter, served with ham. We give it 5 stars!! I have used 1 (20 oz.) can of Pineapple Chunks, and 1 (20 oz.) can of Crushed Pineapple, instead of 2 cans of chunks. I used a whole sleeve of Ritz crackers (35 crackers)...as in this case, more was better. Had lots of comments on how yummy it tastes and compliments the ham. I love handing out the recipe for this delicious dish~~
