Refrigerator Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2012
These were perfect and unbelievably easy! I brushed the tops with melted butter after pulling them out of the oven. Ridiculously good. I like to challenge myself with difficult, complicated recipes for fancy dinner rolls, but I see now how unnecessary that is. I followed the suggestions from LITTLEAMAZON for a half batch at a lower temp (350 for 15 minutes was perfect). This recipe will be used A LOT in the future. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2011
This was so easy and super delicious! Next time I make this, I plan on kicking up the crust a bit. I used more crackers than the recipe suggested, but the crust still felt a bit thin. I plan on changing the order of the ingredients listed and rewording some of the instructions so I can act like I made this up myself and build my family recipe book on it. It's so good, I want to plagiarize.

Annemarie's Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2012
The crust was in for 15 minutes, per other comments. I also doubled the filling, but added a full 1/2c of lemon juice. I like it sour. Additionally, I used an 11x7 glass baking dish and these came out perfectly! By far the best lemon bars I've ever had. They're usually way too sweet and not very lemony, but these were excellent. Although I altered the recipe to my liking, this recipe was a great starting point and worthy of 5 stars.

Easy Pleasy Mac N Cheesy - US Navy Style

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2012
Love this. I added some garlic and onion powder and just a dash of cayenne. I also left out the Parmesan cheese and replaced it with shredded Monterey Jack. We just love the jack around here and it's a good melty cheese. Also, 7x11 pan. I've also done it in a 9x11. Same recipe, basically. I heard angels singing when I took a bite. My only real note is that this DOES NOT reheat very well, so you should feel no guilt about eating an absurd amount in one sitting.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2011
I'm not sure why I thought soup this good would be so hard to make. For some bizarre reason, I added way too much salt, but the flavor on this soup was incredible once my tongue stopped burning. I will definitely make this again and take it easy on the salt. There's really no need for it at all when everything is so fresh and delicious!

Hummus III

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2012
This was great! I made alterations (I think you're supposed to, right? It's hummus), including more than a dash of Mrs Dash- tomato basil garlic blend. Sooooo good. The only downside, if you can call it that, was that the flavors were so powerful and awesome it made all other food tasteless and stupid. I had to brush 3 times to enjoy dessert later lol

Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2012
My neighbors asked what was cooking. This smelled so delicious that I had a hard time waiting the full 6 hours to eat it. I managed to control myself and it was worth the wait. I'm giving this 4 stars only because the recipe as written is a little 'off' with the flavor and it's too much liquid for the amount of meat. I made adjustments based on other comments (red wine instead of white, a little cornstarch, fresh mushrooms, etc). I also seasoned it a bit more because I like bold flavors. We had some leftovers that went uneaten, but I won't hold it against the recipe :)

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

I threw these together last night out of boredom. What a great basic recipe! Definitely keeping this one because it can be very easily altered and customized. Thanks for posting!
