Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
Used a red bell instead of green. Other than that, made it exactly as the recipe says. They were great. My wife has never had a black bean burger and didn't love it, but my 4 year old son loved it, and I thought they put the MSF frozen ones to shame, and were much cheaper as well. Next time I make them I will make a bigger batch and freeze them.
