Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
This was really good! Like some other users, I made a few slight changes. I sauteed off a medium onion and a tablespoon of garlic. I cooked about 1 and 1/4 lb of thin sliced chicken breast in the oven, instead of canned. I used about 4 cups of low sodium chicken broth, and I used chipotle seasoned tomatoes. I also added about 2 teaspoons of cumin and 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Everyone loved it, I'll definitely make this again! The whole shebang took about an hour. Oh, and I also made some white rice on the side to add in!! I plan on using leftover turkey the next time I make it....yum!

Easy Company Chicken
Hi Everyone! Well, I didn't have any parm cheese, but I had 3 chicken breasts, curry, cream of mushroom and mayo, so I gave this a whirl! It was really tasty too! I served it to myself in a bowl - brown rice on the bottom, fresh broccolli, carrot and onion in the middle and the chicken and sauce on top. I have enough left over for a few lunches this week. I'll surely make this again. Great recipe for a crowd, or for a singleton like me(-=
