Amazing flavor, and extremely quick and easy to make. I was a little skeptical about the recipe - I thought that I would be adding some adding some seasonings or extra ingredients to amp up the flavor. But when I tasted the soup, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't need to add a thing. Fantstic flavor and color. I did use fresh chicken, but otherwise remained true to the original recipe.
