Husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes and I needed a recipe to use on split chicken breasts. I followed recipe to the tee, substituting regular butter for lite butter and using reduced sodium soy sauce. To keep it moist when it was done, I wrapped it in foil for 10 min, unwrapped, sliced and basted some more. So delicious!!! Served with mixed veggies and yellow rice. Will definitely make again.
