Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

very good and easy. Difficult to adjust cooking time. I should have baked mine longer the apples were still a little tough. I used a pre-made crust which made it even easier.

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a huge success! I am not a fan of sweet potatoes at all, but everyone wanted a sweet potato dish for turkey day, so I made it. It was delicious! It was creamy, sweet and tasty. Everyone loved it! Thanks!

Scallop Scampi

Excellent! I used large sea scallops and it was delicious. I also put it over rice, so there was a lot of extra sauce (which my husband loves for dipping). Thanks! I will make it again.

Raspberry Vinegar Chicken Breasts

Best Ever Meatloaf II

This was ok. I think in the future I will make a few alterations such as adding more spices as well as tomato sauce or ketchup to the top (just like mom used to do).

Chicken Kathleen

This recipe was not "quick and easy" as I anticipated. Everything needed to be cooked prior to mixing and then needed to bake an additional hour! To top it off, the whole thing tasted like nothing more than bread crumbs. Sorry Kathleen.

Baked Whole Cauliflower

This recipe was good, but it wasn't something I would like to eat all the time. It was more of a special occasion side dish. My husband said he prefered just plain steamed cauliflower.
