The dressing for this fruit salad is perfection itself. I've made it for a group of teachers visiting from Paris, France and now my mother-in-law (a retired caterer). All have raved about its elegant simplicity and delicious taste. However, in these instances I did use fresh lemon juice, fresh pineapple chunks and canned pineapple juice. Perhaps reviewers who believe the juices, honey and nutmeg to be overpowering should look for a better fruit vendor. Mine shone through in spectacular fashion.
