Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Great texture and taste, lowered temp like a few others and of course used the water bath... it baked fine, but in cooling sank and ended up with 3 massive cracks. Still tasted great but ended up having to make another dessert in a pinch for company. Never had this happen on a cheesecake so I am not sure what to make of it. Just thought I'd give a new cheesecake recipe a shot. Will attempt again with better results hopefully. If anyone has any ideas?!?!
