Crab and Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2005
I have made these several times. Boyfriend insisted on going to the seafood chain to buy them quite often, so i learned to make them at home, way more affordable. I just used the crabmeat, no lobster as well. These are great to take to events. So easy and everyone loves them.

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2003
We make this alot, only instead of simmering the onions and pork in water, we use chicken broth. I don't usually season my chops, because the chicken broth adds a nice flavor. This is great with the recipe for Baked Mushroom Rice.

Chewy Coconut Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2003
These are really good. Maybe too much salt for me, I usually don't put salt in my cookies, but I did this time, and it stands out a little. I rolled these into balls before baking them and they turned out perfect. These were easy and I love the cocnut flavor. YUM!!!

Cranberry Apple Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2003
This was great. I've made a recipe like this without the topping and it was good, but I was the only one that ate it. I made this last night with the topping and there's none left!!! Even my b/f who hates cranberries ate some, and liked it. This was really fast and easy. I will make this again and again.

Baked Spaghetti Corn

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2003
This was good. I had this once when I was 12 at a pot luck. I've been looking for the recipe for a long time, I'm 18 now, and I finally got it. It's just as good as it was then... I made mine with shredded Velveeta and 16oz of elbow macaroni, I had to cook it a bit longer, but it came out good!!! I will make this again

Baked Mushroom Rice

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2003
This is really good, I took the advice of some reviews and I used 1 can of chicken broth instead of vegetable broth. I set the temperature to 375 instead of 400, I also covered the dish and used miute rice. I baked it for 30 minutes and it is AWESOME!!!!

This was very good. The meat wasn't dry at all, and it was so tender. The gravy was great, I made it with potatoes. Thanks for a great recipe,

Delicious Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2002
This was ok for a quick recipe. It didn't take much effort and the ingredients are something I always have on hand, so thats why I used it. This was nothing special, but it was good.

Baked Apples

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2002
I love making these. I was in a hurry, so I just popped ours in the microwave for about 5 minutes and I also added raisins. They turned out so good, and the smell alone is enough to make your mouth water.

WOW!!!! I don't know how I've gone my entire life without this!!! It was exactly like the Olive Garden, now I can make it at home without having to make a trip to the resteraunt and spend so much!!! This is wonderful. Nice and creamy, I served mine over buttered fettucini noodles. Thanks sooooo much :)

Clark Gable Pancakes

I really like these pancakes, I added a little bit more milk, because the batter seemed really thick. I also added some cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla for a little flavor.

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2002
This was very good and soooo easy. I put everything in the crockpot, and just left it. The smell filled our home, and it was magnifacint! We will definitely make this again. I am not a big porkchop fan, and even I enjoyed it. Thanks for an awesome recipe!

Oaty Cereal Bars

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2002
I changed ALOT of ingredients when making this, just to my own preference. I used cinnamon toast crunch cereal and added a little bit of chocolate. I kept the rest the same, just used diff. cereal. Thank you so much for the idea!!! I make these all the time, and try them with different cereal each time. My 3 year old loves them, and so do I!!!!

Christmas Brunch Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2002
I made this on Christmas Eve and served it Christmas day. I omitted the mushrooms (not a family favorite). I think next time I make this I will use pre-cooked bacon. That was alot of bacon to fry up on Christmas Eve. I think I will continue to make this every year for our family though, it was gone by the time we were done opening gifts!!! Thanks

Hash Brown and Pork Chop Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2002
I took everyones advice and used Worshteschire sauce on the chops. Also, ten minutes before the dish was done, I added french fried onions to the top of the potatoes and pork. It turned out delicious. The family loves this one!! The potatoes are the best part, nice and creamy. Thanks for such a good recipe.
