Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2012
I made this exactly as the recipe states for Thanksgiving dinner. We loved it. The leftovers are already gone. It was a great side dish to replace boring green bean casserole.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2013
I have made this several times exactly as the recipe says and it is fantastic. Today my slow cookers were all being used so I put the dip in a casserole and baked it at 350 for 30 minutes. Just as delicious.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Reviewed: May 7, 2011
Delicious and really easy to make! I let it bake an extra 5 or 6 minutes just to be sure the dough was baked in the center. We couldn't even wait for it to cool completely before we ate it.

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2011
We loved this pie! I was happy that it didn't have eggs. Very easy to make. Next time I will skip the lime zest. I have already passed the recipe on to others.

Seasoning For Tacos

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2011
This was really easy to mix together and store in the cupboard. My husband liked it better than the store bought mix. I will use this from now on.

Breakfast In A Glass

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
My husband makes this almost every day. It is perfect for that last banana that is way overripe and no one will eat! Sometimes he adds blueberries, flavored yogurt or pineapple juice to mix it up!

Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2012
Very tasty! I added about half a can of beef broth to the crock pot to give it more sauce. I think it would be really good with some stew meat also.

Very easy to make. I baked it just a little bit longer than the recipe says. This is for people who love lemony flavor.

This was great! Like other reviewers, I used a can of cream of mushroom soup. I also used more mushrooms than the recipe required. It was yummy.

Camper's Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2012
I usually put the potatoes in a foil pan rather than wrapped in aluminum foil. I have also made these with an envelope of italian dressing or ranch mix to change it up a bit.

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2012
Everyone had seconds! I made this exactly as the recipe says. I was a little concerned that it would be too spicy, especially for my youngest son, but he loved it. So don't be too intimidated by the ingredients. I know they look really spicy, but it really was perfect and had a great flavor. The hot sauce I used was Cholula because that is our favorite.

My family loved it! I added only about 2 cups of milk, some extra cinnamon, and baked it a little longer. Then I let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Candied Carrots

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
These carrots had just the right amount of sweetness. My son grumbled about the carrots but then practically inhaled a huge serving! I used baby carrots and a little bit of corn starch to thicken it up.

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2011
Delicious! I used a full cup of mayo and parmesan. I also used thin cut chicken breasts instead of full size. It seemed to pick up the flavor from the sauce. The second time I made it I replaced half of the mayo with sour cream. Very rich.

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

I have been making this same recipe for years. I make it for parties and even for dinner for my kids on a hot summer evening. Everyone loves it. It's a great recipe to mix and match the veggies with what you have on hand.

Oh-So-Good Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2012
I made this exactly as the recipe said and we loved it! I think the key was the salsa. I used a medium green tomatillo salsa and it had a real zing to it. A salsa like Pace would be ok, but it would probably be a little sweet.
