YUM-OH! This recipe is fabulous! However, I did make some minor personal adjustments, which made these muffins, in my opinion, even more to die for! I added (1) 6 oz. container of Dannon Light and Creamy French Vanilla yogurt and dropped the milk down to 2-3 T. I also added lemon zest, and upped the blueberries to 1 1/3 cups. For the crumbly topping (which, as others have said, is enough for TWO recipes), I omitted the cinnamon, since that didn't sound appealing to me with the lemon zest. FANTASTIC! I took some to the moms at swim team this morning (because we are always talking about food) and they devoured them! With my changes, this is going in the permanent recipe file! THANKS! Oh, 1 more thing--I made the large Texas Size Muffins and this recipe makes a perfect 6 muffins in that pan.
