Tortellini Bacon Broccoli Salad
Almost didn't believe the reviews - too stellar. But I made this (with the only change being homemade coleslaw dressing) and it really is delicious. I used a pack of pre-cooked bacon from Trader Joes, so didn't even have to mess with the real thing. Very, very goo d7 came together super fast. Thanks, MostAwesomeChefEver!!

Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chili
OMG. This is the best chili recipe I've ever made. Even the kids liked it. I cut out the jalapeno and cut the chile powder if half to suit them and it was just the right amount of heat. I added a pound of ground buffalo, browned with the onions and garlic, then threw it all into the crock pot. Added the sweet potatoes near the end. Really wonderful.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
Clearly a winner. I only had 3 bananas so cut everything in half & made one big loaf - which stayed a bit too moist in the middle, but - my choice so my bad. Even the non-banana-eating kids LOVED this!
