Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Didn't like it...they were too thin and crunchy. Not terrible, just not as great as the rating (in my opinion). Not a show stopper.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2002
This was ok...nothing great. A few people thought it was good (I made it for Thanksgiving) but most said...Corn is good, Corn Bread is good..why wreck them. Would not make again... (Two people out of 20 thought it was really really good) so it's just a matter of opinion. thanks.

Scones

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2003
These just turned out wonderful. I used some of the tricks I read and they were perfect. I added two tsp of cinnamon and I put the egg in the measuring cup then added 1/2 milk and 1/2 half and half cream and the dough consistency was perfect. I added raisins and almonds to mine. When I took the dough from the bowl, it was crumbly, but I was able to easly mold it into a dough ball and flatten it and cut it into about 12 good size scones. I also added a bit of lemon zest.... If people had dough that was too wet, they really need to try putting the egg in the measuring cup first, then adding the milk. If you want quick easy scones, this recipe is for you!!! I will make again.

Shortbread Cookies II

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2003
If you like shortbread, this recipe is it!. I've been looking forever. Wonderful. They are crisp, yet soft in the middle. Next time what I will do differently is, make the cookies bigger. I just rolled them out and cut them in strips for dipping, but I will make the sticks a bit larger, and dip oneside in chocolate. I did find that sprinkling a little white surgar on top made them a bit more tasty. Great cookie. They definatley could be used at Christmas, cut into shapes with decorations. Very easy...

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2004
Awesome fudge. I've tried alot of recipes, but this one tasted great and held it's shape. I used one of the others suggestion and made chocolate peanutbutter fudge. After boiling for 7 minutes, separate the heated mix in half and added 1 bad of chocolate chips to one and 1 cup peanut butter to the other. Poured them in the pan then swirled them together. It was a hit at Thanksgiving. It makes alot of fudge!

Butter Rich Spritz Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2006
Great Great recipe with some tweaking.... Here's what I did for perfect results. I added two more tablespoons to the butter it called for, and put half of the salt, half of the almond extract and a tad bit more of the vanilla... Perfecto... They are soft, creamy, melt in your mouth......

Chocolate Pecan Pie III

My southern family loved this pie. It was Fudgey and RICH... One change was to not use all white sugar. I used 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar. I'm told it's a new tradition....
