Fresh Rhubarb Pie
i have tried both putting the sugar flour mixture on the top and bottom and then just putting it on the bottom and mixing the rest with the fruit and i have to say the best results i get are putting the sugar flour mix on the bottom then mixing the rest with the fruit. if you just pour the flour sugar mixture on top sometimes it will just crystalize and you will have a big sugar layer between your crust and your filling which is not appealing or tasty at all. i have added strawberries to this recipe and the pie comes out great. i also added strawberries and raspberries and that pie was delicious also. this recipe is defiantly a keeper because it turns out a delicious pie every time.

Dale's Pulled Pork
Dale all i can say is thank you, thank you, thank you! just made this recipe this evening and it was fantastic!! i had almost given up on pork butt all together because it would either come out dry and tough or soggy and inedible. this recipe is perfect! i wish i could give it 10 stars. i followed it to a tee but read the update where you had added more liquid smoke and pulled it apart with your hands so i followed those modified directions. the pork roast came out juicy and full of flavor and fell off the bone without any effort at all. if you have ever had problems with pork butt like i have then this is the no fail recipe for you. easy to make and delicious which is how it should be

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
This recipe is a keeper for sure! The chicken came out so tender and full of flavor. I did thaw my chicken breasts and patted dry because reading other reviews i didnt want my sauce to get watered down. Also added a small chopped onion and some liquid smoke with famous daves sweet and tangy and a little famous daves devil spit (be careful with the devils spit becasue it has a bite!). Cooked on low for 5 hours and then pulled and shredded the chicken and added back for another two hours. Used garlic butter on some buns and toasted, added coleslaw on top of the meat to complete the sandwich. It was the perfect somertime treat with some baked beans and chips. Thank you for the simple and tasty addition to my recipe box
