Potato and Cheddar Soup

AWESOME!! Easy to make just don't over cook your potatoes or the base will be gritty. I put more ham and more chedder in mine for more flavor. Wonderful tho!

Smothered Mexican Lasagna

Absolutely FABULOUS!! I am not a cook/baker but this was super easy. I made it would ground beef instead of turkey. My husband came back for more!
