Oven Baked Garlic and Parmesan Fries
Used small white potatoes because that is what I had - cut in half and then into slices - were probaly bigger than 1/4 inch but timing was about the same - didnt really measure, just by sight - were excellent - a nice change up on potato side dishes (since we eat them as sides like every day) - I do not eve like parm cheese and I still found them awesome

Farfalle Festival
Used leftover chicken instead of adding raw - did not have asiago so I used parmesean instead (proabably closer to a half cup, same with the heavy cream)- cooked bacon in a seperate pan to save time and once complete I added it to the onions, tomato etc. that were already cooking - added Hot pepper seeds because we like everything spicy - came out excellent, great quick work night dinner, 15 minutes tops, I work in an italian restuarant and this is very close to several recipes we make - make the same thing another night but skip the bacon and add fresh basil and you have a whole differnt dinner

Mexican Style Shredded Pork
Like many other reviewers I could not find chipolte saue, so I used chille pepers in adobe sauce. I did not add the green chile peppers since I had already poured in the red, and it was HOT. We are fans of hot, so it was fine, but make sure you fish out the chili pepers when its done cooking. I also thought I had pork in the freezer (but didnt) and so I through a beef tenderloin in instead of pork. It was still great!

Pile it into a tomato half, load it into a wrap, or spread it on bread. Chicken salad does it all.
