Marinade for Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2012
Wow, my family devoured this, including a 3 year old and a 4.5 year old. We literally fought over the last bite. Will definitely be making again, maybe even tomorrow - and doubling the amount of chicken!

Glazed Carrots

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2013
These were excellent! I made two small changes - had some baby carrots that needed used, so I used those, and I added about 1/4 t. cinnamon. Even my 3.5 year old asked for seconds!

Broccoli and Tortellini Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2010
Other than using craisins instead of raisins, merely because that's what I had on hand, I made this as written, and it was a HUGE hit. It's the perfect blend of flavors and textures!

Sweet Green Bean Bundles

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2010
Perfect side dish for just about any roast meat. It was lovely with oven-browned pork chops and roasted potatoes. Every single bundle disappeared!

Feta Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2010
I make this for nearly every pot luck and never come home with any. It's fantastic. I don't bother making it into balls - I just put it in a pretty serving dish. Tastefully Simple's dill dip is an easy & tasty substitute for the dill weed & oregano.

Chicken Enchiladas with Creamy Green Chile Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
WOW! These are excellent. Absolutely excellent. I made a few minor changes, not because I thought the recipe was wrong, but because of what I had on hand. I cooked the chicken in salsa to add a bit of flavor, so I skipped the onion. And I used 7 oz of green chiles instead of 4. These are seriously excellent. I had to force myself to stop eating them!

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
These are excellent! And the glaze is great on chicken and pork as well. If I am making these for dinner, I add rough-chopped onions and peppers and a can of chunk pineapple, and I serve it over rice. Delicious!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2011
LOVED this! Made a few minor changes based on what I had in the house. Onions and beef broth for soup mix and water. Worcestire for soy sauce. Other than that, I made it exactly as it was written, and I was tempted to lick my plate clean!

Cream Cheese, Garlic, and Chive Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2011
We LOVED this. I admit, I changed it up, merely because I was going to make chicken cordon bleu, only to discover my husband had eaten the ham. So I ran to allrecipes to see what I could make with what I had in the house. This was it! A total winner, and a great recipe that can easily accommodate whatever ingredients you have on hand. Thanks for sharing!

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2010
I made two changes - used fresh broccoli (simply because I had it) and did 1/2 velveeta 1/2 shredded cheddar. It was very good - a bit too thin and a bit too salty. I think one can less of chicken broth would solve both those problems. Overall, though, a very tasty soup!

Sweet and Sour Meatballs II

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
I'm sorry to say we did not enjoy these at all. I even followed the recipe exactly. The meatballs were hard (could be my fault, although I never have a problem with meatballs), and the sauce was overly sweet.
