I thought this was a great starter bun recipe. I didn't add the hot milk mix to the yeast and eggs because I was worried it might kill the yeast so I didn't warm the milk as hot. They turned out wonderful and they look great too! I did start with warm water sugar and yeast first to actavate the yeast then went on to do everything else as the recipe said except I did a egg white wash before I baked them.
