Tilapia Soft Tacos with Chipotle Cream

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
LOVED this recipe! I used corn tortillas and they were wonderful! We love spicy food, so I would add in a couple more chiles or maybe some of the adobo sauce.

Greek Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2011
YUM! I added everything that other users said to add (pasta sauce, olives, red wine and heavy cream) and it was delish! I left out the parsley, as it only adds color to dishes. The olives did that for this dish. It was wonderful! This is a keeper!! Thank you to everyone for your suggestions!

Turkey Veggie Meatloaf Cups

Reviewed: May 5, 2011
I made these last night and they're amazing! I used my regular meatloaf topping instead of the BBQ sauce and I didn't put any bell pepper. I could eat these once a week!!! Def a keeper! Thank you so much for sharing!

Sesame Shrimp Stir-Fry

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
This was really good, but of course like every other cook out there I'd make some changes. I'd cut back just a smidge on the cayenne and ginger. I doubled the recipe for lunch leftovers, so 1/2 tsp was a bit much. I'd maybe use the 1/4 tsp and still double. I think that shataki mushrooms and water chestnuts would be FAB in this dish. I put in 3 large cloves of minced garlic, only because I'm a garlic freak! I also marinated the shrimp with the seasonings and teriyaki sauce. Very yummy!

Yakisoba Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
I'm not from Japan, but I have taste buds and this was very good! The hubby loved it! I took some of the user's tips and added bean sprouts, shataki mushrooms and used bok choy cabbage. Next time I would up the chili paste by 1 Tbsp (its not very spicy), use fresh mushrooms (not dried) and add 1 more garlic clove.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
YUM YUM!!!! The only thing I did different was cooked it with the BBQ sauce and some water (with the root beer) and 4 minced cloves of garlic. I think next time I'll also rub it down with some salt and pepper before cooking! Served it with sweet potato fries!! This is a keeper!

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
I wanted to make something different with tenderloin, as my husband always grills it. This was the perfect recipe! Only did 1 thing different. I added chicken broth to my filling to make it more like stuffing. Thank you Mary Ann for posting!

Almond-Crusted Tilapia

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
This dish is the best talapia dish that I've ever had! Of course I would substitue certain things to make it healthier! I would use 3 egg whites (no yokes), a little more lemon pepper, whole wheat flour, only the 1 cup of cheese (low fat), and olive oil for cooking.

Crispy Chipotle Lime Tilapia with Cool Avocado Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
This is pretty good! Next time I will grind the chips until they are like cornmeal. The big chunks kinda get soggy and don't crisp up. But still a keeper!

This was wonderful!!!! Did a couple of things different. I used 3 tsp of regular chili powder and also about 1 tsp of Tony's lite. Baked for 1 hour, since I had really big tenderloins, and ta da! It was PERFECT!!! Thank you so much for sharing!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
This was ok for a slow cooker recipe. It was kinda dry and bland, even with all the bbq sauce. I served it on fresh baked onion bunns, which didn't really help much. I probably won't make this again. Its not bad... it just didn't stand out.

Easy Grilled Chicken Teriyaki

Reviewed: May 6, 2011
Made this last night, but instead of chicken breasts I used chicken tenders and found the teriyaki to be very overpowering! Maybe marinate for less time and use less teriyaki next time.

Pesto Chicken Florentine

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
Made this last night and instead of the package alfredo sauce, I made some homemade with wheat flour and 2% milk. It was pretty tastey. I would ease up on the pesto just a little bit.
