Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2012
Delicious! Restaurant quality. I also added 1 tsp corn starch to the milk and a little more cajun spice to the chicken. It will definitely be made again and again!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
These were terrific and my boys ate them up! I followed the other reviews and used only 4 cups of flour and lowered the temperature of the oven. They came out perfect.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
Delicious. I followed some of the other reviews and added a little cumin and cayenne to the recipe. When folding the burritos I threw in a little cheese, salsa and brown rice for filling. My family loved them. I'll definitely be making them again.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2012
I was very excited about the idea of this dish but disappointed how it all turned out. The cooking time/temperature was a little difficult to figure out. Many suggestions on the best way to cook them. Mine sadly turned out bland and lacking flavor. Great concept but disappointed with the results.

A little time consuming but overall a great meal. My family devoured them and my pickiest eater had seconds. Thanks for sharing.

Spoiled Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2011
These ribs were delicious. I agree that they would be better if they were slow cooked but boiled was a quicker way to get them on the table and I don't feel like the taste was sacrificed. I agree with adding the honey as well, it was just the right touch.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2011
Delicious turkey burgers. They come out juicy and you can eat them guilt free. We ran out of propane for our grill so I just cooked mine in a frying pan. They were great even that way.

Great recipe if your looking for something quick to whip up for the family that looks like it took a lot more effort. My kids and husband love this meal.

Marinated Flank Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2011
Not really crazy about this recipe. The marinade doesn't really absorb is 6-8 hours, should probably be left in overnight. Also, be careful not to overcook the meat as it will get tough quickly. You want it to be medium rare to medium at the most.

This will be my go to potato soup for now on. Delicious and easy to put together. Serve with some sourdough rolls or crescent biscuits. The whole family loved it!
