Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

What a way to ruin pumpkin seeds! I will keep my usual recipe & bake them with nothing but salt. I'm going to seed another pumpkin or 2....

Barbecued Beef Ribs for Two

These are very good. The 1st time I made them I kept them whole and baked them. Yum..but since they are fatty, instead of baking them finish them off on the grill!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Excellent!! The only thing I did different was cut the salt in half & add water to the bottom of the pan half way through cooking. My gravy was so yummy! This is a keeper! Thanks!

Cajun Seafood Pasta

Excellent! But I used half the amount of pepper, omited the swiss & used only parmesan, used 1 pound of shrimp & no scallops. Also the onion is toooo much. Use only 1/4 cup.

Marinade for Chicken

I cut the recipe in half & omited the salt. It was good, but it's such a GREASY marinade. I made this again & I cut the oil in half (i already halfed the recipe)& it was great. (I marinaded it overnight.

Steak Tip Marinade

A great start for the new stuffed pepper cook. It turned out great, but for more flavor, the 2nd time I made them, I used spaghetti sauce insted of the soup. I also added some season salt. Will make again

Beef Stew VI

I made this tonight & it was a hit. I followed the recipe except I added 3 times the amount of cornstarch, mushrooms & 1 1/2 cups of cooked barley & season salt. My 1st attempt at stew w/out tomatoes. A++++

Famous Pork Chops

A+ these were great. My picky husband loved them. Here's what I did different: I used 1/4 cup butter, uncovered it for 25 minutes & turned them 3 times. Will make again! Oh & make sure you use Ritz(butter crackers are amust!

Dumplings

Creamy Chicken on Linguine

Overall a yummy dish! I think the chicken lacked flavor,next time I will add more seasonings, along with some mushrooms. The sauce was also thin & I ended up using 2 cups of cheese. Will make this again
