Easy Chicken Cutlets with Apples

This tasted great and like nothing I've ever made before; so good I'm writing my first review for it. I omitted Marsala, as I didn't have any on hand, put a bit less brown sugar and added some cornstarch to thicken the sauce as another review stated.

Creme Brulee French Toast

Followed other reviewers' advice and added less sugar and corn syrup. I also flipped it, and broiled it at the end. Mine came out a bit chewy on the tops but it was very tasty. Will definitely try to make it again, perhaps without broiling it.

Pecan Dijon Chicken

Delicious and loved how easy it was! I added a little cornstarch to thicken up the sauce a bit and added a less of the Dijon mustard as other reviewers suggested. I was torn whether or not to save a few for friends to try. I ended up eating it all!

Pistachio Crusted Chicken

Made exactly as stated and it was great! Crispy, moist, and not your everyday chicken. I also made the raspberry sauce on the side and it was delicious together. It's all that I ate this entire day because it was that good

Almond-Crusted Halibut Crystal Symphony

This is the best meal I have ever made. It really does taste like something from an expensive restaurant. My sauce was a bit thin, but it could be from my greed of wanting more sauce and adding more cream. Even with that issue, it was still delicious.

Classy Chicken

I did not like this. It was very bitter for some reason. I thought it might've been the wine but I've used it in other dishes that tasted great. Just didn't like the combination with the mustard and sour cream.

Ginger Salmon

I enjoyed it but only because I love salmon. I could barely taste the sauce, and when I did, it wasn't that great. I might as well have grilled salmon by itself and saved myself some time. 2 stars because it was fairly easy
