Spicy Southwestern Slaw

As with the other reviews I added in about a cup more cabbage. I also decreased the oil to 1/4 cup. Great Slaw!

Italian Pasta Salad I

Great recipe with great feedback from our guests. I did at some sliced pepperoni as well. I am always looking for "make ahead recipes" and this one is great. I added half the dressing and then about an hour before the party tossed in the rest.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Great recipe that I have used countless times and always get positive compliments on it. Our dinner party got pushed back and I was worried the bruschetta topping would get soggy by the following evening, but it tasted just as good. I added some fresh tomatoes that evening.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Amazing....a must have for any Football party! I mix everything up ahead of time and leave the dip in the fridge until about 40 minutes before the guests arrive and pop it in the oven. Always a hit!

Zesty Rice 'N' Bean Casserole

I was skeptical about this recipe, but my family loved it. We added about 1 tsp of Crushed red pepper and substituted Pepper Jack Cheese for the Mozzarella. Served with a spicy marinated steak. We loved it and it will be a repeat in our recipe book!! Thanks

Spicy Beef Curry Stew for the Slow Cooker

I made as written, except used beef roast. After cooking in the slow cooker I shred and use as the meat for taco/burritos or as a topping on nachos. Thanks for the recipe

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas

We loved this recipe. I prepared about double the pico de gallo prior and used some for the fajita topping. I followed the other recommendations and placed the ingredients on one half of the tortilla to make it easier to flip. After the quesadilla was done I placed them in the oven around 250-300 to keep warm until the guests arrived.
