just came out of the oven, and i couldn't wait for it to cool. delicious!
*update* i just made this again, but this time i wanted a chewier bread so i used half whole wheat flour and i added an extra 1/3 cup of milk, and then i let it rise overnight in the fridge. the whole wheat takes a bit longer to rise-- i think an extra 10 minutes or so for the second rise after i rolled it out. also i used 1 cup of raisins and one granny smith apple-- i think this version is even better than the original!
