Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2011
Delicious. I omitted Chicken Broth and used some Sweet Wine Wine instead. I also only had Pomegranate Infused Balsamic Vinegar which made the sauce sweet. A great combination for the herbs. Everything came together very well. I will definately be trying this again!

My husband won't eat spinach but he liked these! I added a little romano cheese to the mix and they were scrumptious!

Really delicious. I was missing some of the ingredients, so I substituted rice for noodles and added green onions. It came out great and I"ll definately be making this again!

Beef and Wine Soup with Dumplings

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
My husband and I both really liked this recipe. The only difference I made was that I used beef bouillion and tomato bouillion instead of beef stock and tomato juice. I used a rich Sangioviese wine and it all melted together in a really delicious symphony of flavors. I will definately make this one again!
