I'm a student at Mt. San Jacinto Community College studying Music. I want to study Cooking as well, but I'm not too sure they offer any cooking classes :( I love baking cakes. They are my favorite thing because I am a cake addict (albeit a picky one). I just need to work on my presentation a little more. I also love cooking Italian food, but I haven't done too much of that yet. Basically, I love cooking things that my family will enjoy eating for dinner! Making an 18 lb. Standing Ribeye Roast and an 8 lb. Pork Crown Roast with lots of mashed potatoes, green beans, and lovely sauce for Christmas dinner. That and all the baking I did beforehand. I made homemade fudge, 2 batches of cinnamon rolls, 2 batches of dinner rolls, a chocolate chip pound cake, gingerbread men, chocolate crackles, and sugar cookies. ALL in one week!!!! It was so crazy and wore me out but I loved being able to recreate the Christmas my family grew up with since my mom is sick and can no longer do it.
