Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2009
Family loved it. It did make way too much bread crumbs. I would cut that in half or reduce it by 1/4. I didn't have dry mustard, so I put dijon mustard in the butter instead. My husband can't stop talking about this dish. He said it is the best dinner we had in a long time.

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
Excellent, restaurant quality. I did make a few changes as suggested. I used low sodium broth, I used 3 chicken bouillon cubes and only 6 egg yolks.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2007
It was quite delicious. I did cut the white sugar to 1/2 cup. I think next time I would cut it to 1/3 cup. Based on prior comments I added 1 tsp vanilla instead of the 1/2 and added 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp nutmeg. If you are looking to cut fat, I don't think it really needs 1/2 cup of butter, but since it was Thanksgiving I added it.

Very Fruity Rum Punch

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2003
The punch was awesome. I had about fifteen people over and I ran out. From reading previous comments, I used 12 oz. oj and 12 oz. pineapple juice inorder to make a gallon. Also I used all seltzer water for the mixer for the juice to give it a sparkly taste. I also used Malibu rum which gives it a coconut flavor.

Apple Walnut Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2003
I made this salad for Thanksgiving and everyone raved about it. I did change a few things based on prior comments. I only used 1/2 cup of onions, increased the cranberries to 1/2 cup, added an extra tablespoon of sugar, and 1 cup of crumbled blue cheese.
