I love the flavour of this frosting, but had difficulty with the consistency. It came out rather runny for me. However, there could be some extra factors as to why this happened. First I used my hand blender, which I’ve never used for frosting in the past, I usually hand mix with a fork. Secondly I already had on hand some spreadable light cream cheese so I used that. As with other frostings I added more confectioner’s sugar, but it didn’t thicken up like I would have expected it to. I will try this recipe again, just to see if it turns out better and update my review.
