This is a very easy recipe and I've made it a few times in the past. Last time, I made a couple changes as the original I find a little bland. I cook the meat with chopped onion and fresh garlic. I do not cook it until the juices evaporate since I like the meat tender. If needed, I will drain some of the excess before adding the broth mixture. Came out very tasty. There is so much room for experimentation here with different veggies and spices.
