Chicken Parmesan

This was excellent! I used my usual Italian bread crumbs, skipped the provolone (didn't have any on hand) and slightly increased the amount of mozzarella. Although I made this for my husband, daughter, and myself, it's beautiful appearance and delicious taste makes it a top runner for future dinner guests. Wish I could give it ten stars.

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Incredibly disappointed with this recipe. Followed the directions to a T, but also took ideas previously submitted (reduced vegetable oil to 1/3 cup, added julienned carrots, and sliced pea pods). I had such high hopes what with so many others who adore this recipe, but no one at my house was impressed--including me. Not very flavorful or exciting. I also wasn't crazy about the cilantro in this dish. Perhaps I should have bought ginger root instead of using powdered? Now I have sesame oil and rice vinegar on hand for who knows what. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this.

Ranch-Style Thighs and Breasts

I also could not taste the ranch dressing in this recipe--big disappointment. True, the chicken was very tender and moist, but without much flavor--even with the spices I added. I don't believe I'll try this again, without alot more alterations. So sorry.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

What a super recipe! I made this last night; the amount of sauce seemed a bit skimpy, so I decided last minute to double it. I was so glad I did; since I don't use a meat thermometer, I baked the chops the full hour as directed, and they ended up on the dry side. BUT--I had all that great sauce, so I gave everyone their own small bowl of sauce next to their dinner plates, and they totally loved dipping their meat into the sauce! The taste was EXCELLENT! The only thing I would change is the baking time--otherwise a great recipe and a real keeper! This recipe's getting filed. Thanks much!
