Crab Rangoon III

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2012
These were amazing! Left out water chestnuts, don't care for them. Blended all ingredients in a food processor, folded wonton wrappers in a triangle after putting in the filling, put water around edges, pressed with fork, to hold in cream filling. Made around 40-50, we ate them all!

Sweet Pepper Pasta Toss with Kale

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
First time my husband and I have eaten kale, we loved it! We had this as our main meal, by adding boneless, skinless chicken breast. With a cast iron griddle, I cooked the salt and peppered breast, then let them rest to simmer in juices, in some reynolds wrap. Sauted peppers, mushrooms, garlic, and one small onion. Added an entire bunch of kale, but first I removed the stem. Added cooked pasta to this, cut up breast, added those, poured in small amount of chicken broth. Last but not least topped with some fresh grated Parmesan, only because we don't care for feta. Delicious!!!

Hearty Stir-Fry Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
Awesome, a delicious marinade, and stir-fry. I used chicken broth, fresh Ginger, chicken only, canned mandarin oranges. Cut chicken and onions in marinade for about 4 hrs. Cut rest of veggies up stored in separate bag. Then cooked drained chicken and onions. After that cooked rest of veggies. Put it altogether and served over greens and oranges! Easy and delicious! Thank you for recipe.

Healing Cabbage Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
Great basis for a cabbage soup. Added 5 garlic cloves, 1 whole onion, 1 red and 1 yellow pepper, sm. box sliced mushrooms, sauté all these veggies together in olive oil. Used 4 cups chicken broth, 2 cans rotel Tom. Whole head of cabbage. Had a pound of sausage that I boiled in a separate pan for 5 mins. Drained then rinsed in cold water. All grease is gone! Added to soup, half tsp. Hotshot, dash red pepper flakes. Simmer altogether about an hour. Delicious!

Chicken Lo Mein

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
Made this with angel hair spaghetti, and button mushrooms, because that's what we had. Everything else was fresh, and we followed the recipe. Cured my husbands craving for Chinese, but he said definitely not restaurant quality. Will make again and try oyster sauce like others recommended, thanks for the recipe.
